Stay tuned · A platform in development

Get started with
agentic work.

Develop the capability to make it your way of working.

You already use AI. Now discover where it can help with work that matters—and learn to direct it with your own judgment and authority.

YouTube, Instagram, podcast episodes, cohorts, and the shared SymbiCorAI Workbench are in development.

For AI-familiar knowledge workers

You know AI matters.
Where do you begin?

“I use AI, but I haven’t figured out how to put it to consequential work.”

If that sounds familiar, this platform is being developed for you. You don’t need a job title, a technical background, or a ready-made use case. Bring your experience and a willingness to learn through real work.

You might be an employee, leader, advisor, board member, consultant, or sole proprietor. We help you discover a useful starting point.

What you develop

See the possibilities.
Learn to put them to work.

Agentic Agency is learning to turn AI’s possibilities into quality work—by building the skills to design how it gets done, manage it, and know what good looks like.

Imagination

See what’s possible

Recognize how AI could change work that matters to you.

What could I accomplish?

Infrastructure

Get equipped

Have the tools, context, and work records your chosen work needs.

What do I need available?

Work design

Shape the work and your relationship with AI

Define the outcome, the evidence of success, and what remains your decision.

How should this work?

Human capability

Develop your capabilities

Learn to direct AI, inspect evidence, verify outcomes, and correct errors.

What can I do myself?

Our initial cohort focus

Guided → Self-directed

From needing a guide
to directing the work.

A hands-on cohort is the proposed first step: learn alongside others as you establish your own way of working with AI.

  • Find the workDiscover a responsibility with meaningful impact, a feasible approach, and a short path to useful value.
  • Build togetherGet help with your environment and work design. Practice with support when you encounter a blocker.
  • Develop independenceLearn to direct, check, correct, and repeat the work—and recognize when you still need help.

Duration, pricing, dates, and support arrangements are being developed. Enrollment is not open.

How cohorts will be formed

Develop toward
your next stage.

The plan is to group participants around the next transition they want to make, with individual starting points across the four dimensions. We’ll begin with Guided → Self-directed. Later transitions are a development direction, not open programs.

Three cohort transitions: Guided to Self-directed is the starting focus, followed by Self-directed to Adaptive and Adaptive to Integrated. Individual starting points can differ by dimension.

Cohort fit will consider your development needs, available environment, and support requirements. Integrated is a destination for this sequence, not the end of learning.

A concrete example

Can’t wait?
Start with a Symbiotic Second Brain.

Bring knowledge, sources, decisions, and open questions into a coherent body of context. Use AI to explore an issue and reason through choices, while keeping the evidence and your decisions inspectable.

Explore the Symbiotic Second Brain to organize knowledge around a consequential responsibility, reason through decisions, and maintain the context you need to continue. It connects useful work with your own development.

Your consequential responsibility connects to coherent knowledge and context, then decisions you can inspect. You direct, check, and decide throughout.
Conceptual illustration of the approach; not a claim of guaranteed decision improvement.

Design the test.

Define what success would look like and what evidence would establish it.

Learn to apply it.

Inspect what actually happened. Correct errors and check again. If the outcome hasn’t been observed, it remains unverified.

Two ways to participate

Individual development.
An environment that fits the work.

You may participate independently or with colleagues through your company. The learning resources are shared; the work and data stay within the boundaries that apply to you.

Individual participation

Develop your own way of working.

For people ready to build their own capability, using information and tools they’re authorized to use.

  • Discover a relevant application.
  • Establish a suitable work environment.
  • Develop skills through supported practice.

Company-sponsored participation

Learn together within your company’s setup.

A same-company cohort could align practice with approved AI tools, connectors, proprietary data, and company governance.

  • Agree the permitted work and information.
  • Resolve environment and access needs.
  • Keep individual learning paths and privacy.
Work where the work is authorized. Environment fit comes before commitment. A personal AI account or company sponsorship does not, by itself, grant permission to use company data.

The shared home for resources and learning

SymbiCorAI
Workbench.

Agentic Agency at Work and SymbiCorAI use the same Workbench: one shared undertaking for libraries, knowledge, images, and continued learning.

The Workbench is being developed to support practice beyond the cohort. Skills and plugins are intended to work within your approved setup, rather than require company information to move into someone else’s AI environment.

Membership access, supported platforms, library contents, and support commitments are still being defined.

Skills & plugins

Reusable methods tied to real work and development needs.

Knowledge & examples

Guidance, imagery, and demonstrations from actual practice.

Practice & feedback

Support for directing, inspecting, correcting, and learning.

Continuing development

Build toward unfamiliar work and connected responsibilities.

With Allan Adler

Learn from the work
as it happens.

Allan is building Agentic Agency at Work around his own experience developing a way of working with AI. Demonstrations will show how he sets direction, inspects evidence, catches errors, changes boundaries, and carries decisions forward into the next work session.

That practical development serves a larger aim: growing your capability while retaining your judgment, values, and authority. We call that functional sovereignty.

A few things to know

Do I need to know where to apply AI already?

No. Discovering where AI can help is part of the intended experience. We look for work that matters, is feasible in your environment, and offers a reasonably short path to useful value.

Is this for leaders and advisors only?

No. The platform is for knowledge workers who already use AI and want a practical path into agentic work. Employees, leaders, advisors, directors, consultants, and sole proprietors can all fit.

Will I have to move my company’s information into the Workbench?

The design principle is to support work within an approved environment. Access, connectors, skills, and data use must fit the permissions that apply to your work. A shared learning library does not mean a shared company-data workspace.

Can I enroll or subscribe now?

Not yet. This page previews the platform direction. Cohort dates, pricing, delivery arrangements, and membership details have not been announced.
